Elizabeth Schillo serves as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Netchex. With 15 years of partnership with business leaders around HR tech solutions, she is passionate about creating employee programs that work for the entire organization, engage high potential employees, improve retention, strengthen internal mobility/career pathing, build managers who are excellent at managing, foster diversity, and show value back to the organization with qualitative and quantitative data. With extensive leadership in the HR and Talent areas, Schillo is also passionate about developing her teams to grow revenue, drive high levels of customer satisfaction, and personally develop team members to move forward in their careers. Prior to this role, Schillo led all North American sales and customer success channels at Everwise (Learning Management Software), SMB go to market for CareerBuilder and global sales and success for Dice/Clearance Jobs. She oversaw account management, new business sales, customer-centric sales communication, sales training, new product sales, and strategic partnerships for business development to generate 30% growth. Her commitment for training, leadership, and serving customers has enabled her teams to develop strong customer relationships in a land and expand sales environment. Prior to her experience in the HR space, she held sales leadership roles with Ann Taylor and McKesson. She holds a master of arts degree from Wheaton College and a bachelor of arts degree from Lee University and is an advisor to WomenLead.
